It would be very interesting to be able to filter by company on the tickets page. Today it only allows you to select from a drop-down list, and it's not sorted either.

Whenever we do release new features, we announce them on the Product Changes page, so I would recommend keeping an eye there.
We would like the ability to view all tickets created by Intercom users within the ticket portal and the ability to filter by Company.
