I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get more than 1 line aligned with the wrap text option for images.

Hey @Robert L12 👋

Larissa here from Intercom Support.

I’m glad to let you know that we've recently released inline images in articles. You can get those inline by:

  1. Inserting the image as usual
  2. Adjusting the size (width/height)
  3. Selecting "Wrap text" for the alignment
  4. Then dragging the image to the place in the line you want it to be 👍

I hope this helps!

hi @Larissa Alberti - I was able to get that part working, but when I think of inline images I think of images that can have multiple lines of text to the side. With your example, and the only way I can get it working, it with 1 line of text. Even the preview icon for inline shows multiple lines as expected for this feature.

Hi @Larissa Alberti, Did you team get a chance to review my question/request further?

Hey @Robert L12 👋

Apologies for the delay. I’m afraid it’s not yet possible to have multiple lines of text to the side.

I’ll flag this as a feature request for you and I hope we can see this implemented soon. 🤞

Hope this clarifies!
