Allow for option to have random end of link for help article rather than directly tying it to the article title, allowing for minor changes to article titles without major disruptions where articles are backlinked in other spots + in other articles

    That’s a really practical suggestion. Having randomized or persistent link IDs instead of title-based URLs would make maintaining help articles much smoother, since even small title tweaks wouldn’t break backlinks across the website or internal documentation. It’s a small change that could save teams a lot of time chasing down broken references.
