Sure, this is more than one idea but… You’ve listed colors as having been implemented but they haven’t (not custom colors for call-out blocks, not font colors).
Need a way to share draft articles - infuriating for getting product managers to approve updates before they’re published.
Need a way to schedule publication of articles - without this, going in manually going in to publish articles on release day.
These are all basic help center features - c’mon :)
