Hi! There sould be a way to cutomize the szoone options when we select a set of conversarions (edit selection).

@user2028​  Agreed, I miss the ability to customize the snooze in the Macros, Inbox Rules and in the Bulk Edit features!

Even if it was available in the Macro or Inbox Rules config, then you'd be able to set something up custom to happen when the macro was added or conditions were met.

Curious what length of time you would have wanted to set on these selected emails today? Was it a more dynamic time like x hours or was it for a specific day i.e. after an upcoming event, where you know you won't be able to reply until then? Having more context will probably be helpful to the Intercom team looking at this request to better make the case for this improvement.

I hope this will get some attention with the Product Team since it's already available on the individual replies, maybe we'll see it added in the future.
