When a workspace does not have the SLA feature enabled, the inbox still shows the red/orange/grey SLA indicator bars. Since SLAs are not available on the plan, these indicators are confusing and serve no purpose.
It would be helpful to add a setting (or automatic behavior) that hides the SLA bars when the workspace does not have SLAs enabled. This would keep the inbox UI cleaner and avoid misleading indicators for teams that are not using SLAs.
