Add a section to highlight the most recently updated/new articles in the help center/messenger automatically. Maybe display it as a carousel that switches between the 5-10 most recent articles.

Yes, this would be absolutely fantastic to have. We do that manually now with the “articles” section but it would be much better to have additionally two new types of sections:

  • most recent article section
  • most viewed article section
