Right now we can only changes to reusable workflows once we set them live. We should be able to have a testing phase of the process where the changes work in draft such as setting escalation rules in workflows before pushing them live to customers.
Without this there is a risk that we publish changes which dont work or push the changes too early and they’re live to customers without proper collaboration or testing.
