How to add a contact to 'CC' when sending an email using intercom php sdk ?

I am sending an email to a contact using intercom php sdk, i want to add one/multiple other contact(s) to 'CC' of this email. How i can do that?

Also please guide me where to find these outgoing emails in intercom-dashboard ?

As I checked Intercom currently not supporting add CC members via API.

Hey @roy s11​, you're correct, it's not possible to add a contact in CC to an outbound email message. One for our @Product Wishlist​ group!

Hi @eric f11​ , is it possible to create a conversation for every outbound email using API/ sdk ?

Hey @user908​, a conversation will only be created in Inbox when at least one admin reply or customer reply is sent in reply to the initial outbound message.

Is this still not possible? Would be great to have CC as an endpoint in Intercom’s API.

This isn’t currently possible but I can see how useful this can be. I can submit this as a feature request to the r&D team and see if this is something they can implement.
