I want to upload the contact data every week on my google drive. I would like to use Intercom's REST API to download the data and save it to GSheet. However, I talked with support team that intercom doesn't have such REST API yet. I would request to add that feature.

Are you aiming to back up a list of only new contacts each week or the complete list of all contacts?
If it's just new contacts, could you compile that with a 3rd party integration triggered when a new user is created and have that automatically added to your Google Drive so it could be automated even if the rest API doesn't support it?
I'm guessing that you've found the email reporting doesn't currently provide what you are looking for as well, is that right? And the only way at the moment to get the list is a manual export?
