I would like to be able to add condition based content within articles.

For example, I would like to be able to offer one article that applies to all my users. and then, have an additional section in the article that only shows if specific people data conditions are met, and other sections for other people data conditions.

today, the only way to do this is to have separate versions of the article for each population. this creates a lot of duplication and is difficult to manage because when we attempt to insert articles or do reporting, article IDs are NEVER available and the only way to tell them apart would be to give each version of the article a different name (not good).

Also, please come up with a way for us to export reports of which users are viewing each article!

I agree with that, such a feature would be really useful for us as well!

This would be extremely helpful. I have some reports that are different based on a users subscription level. Not enough that I want to have different articles completely, but enough that it matters and could be confusing if I have to list all subscription options and how they function in the article.

Chiming in just to say this would still be valuable for our team if it’s possible to implement!
