I’ve noticed a couple of issues with the email signature that impact its appearance and professionalism:

  1. Font inconsistency: The font in the signature is larger and different from the rest of the email body, which makes it look mismatched and less polished.

  2. Line spacing: When customizing the signature, I added intentional blank lines (e.g., between our website and “Need help?...”), but these are not reflected in the final version.

These limitations make it harder to present a consistent and professional brand experience. Allowing more flexible customization (e.g., consistent fonts, preserved spacing, and layout options) would make signatures look cleaner and ensure they align with the rest of the email design.

I second this. One image is how our signatures used to appear when we were in salesforce vs the way they appear in intercom now. Our pictures are huge and it looks really bad so we had to take our photos and company logo out of our signature macros

I would like to be able to define the position of the logo in email signatures more precisely. Right now I can vertically position it either at the very top before any text in the signature, which means that I cannot put a signoff greeting such as “Kind regards,” in my signature because the logo would jump in front of that, or I can put it at the very bottom of the signature, which also means that if I have any call to action between my name and role and that logo, that call to action would wedge itself between the two, and I would not like that. So ideally we would be able to control the position of the company logo in iterations or in steps so that I can precisely position it within several lines of text where I need it.

Attached is an illustration of where I am forced to put the logo now and where I would actually like it to be.

If we could also add social media icons / links into the signature that would be a great help.
