When the chat widget opens on mobile devices, the webpage automatically scrolls back to the top, disrupting the browsing experience, especially when users are further down the page.
Could the code be adjusted to prevent this scroll reset? Perhaps by preserving the scroll position when the widget opens or not applying classes to the HTML or body element that causes this to occur. Thanks!
