As I have been using Intercom for writing Articles, I find some of the basic formatting options missing.
For example, Underline option.
Shouldn’t this be a must-have feature rather than good-to-have to support the rich formatting options that every editor provides!
Another formatting option that would make my life so much easier would be the continuation of a numbered list so that I can insert images within a step in a set of instructions.
Font color options and highlight options would also be amazing to have when writing/formatting articles
I can’t believe we can’t even underline text and that the articles API only supports H1 and H2. Please make the editor at least as good as the text editor on this community.
