When a messenger call with screenshare is recorded, the resolution is 320x140px making the screen text unreadable and the recording useless.

Thanks for this feedback, I’ll bring this to the R&D team and see if something can be done regarding the resolution when screen sharing during a call.

The resolution should be at least 1080p so that the text is readable. In it’s current form, Intercom screen recordings are not usable.
As I explained above, the screen recording was 320x140 px. This is roughly 1/8 of the pixels of the screen being recorded.
