Proposed Solution:
Implement a more prominent visual distinction for the selected conversation to improve user experience and reduce confusion. This could include:
- Adding a contrasting background color to the selected conversation (e.g., light blue, gray, or branded color)
- Maintaining white backgrounds for unselected conversations while giving the active one a distinctly different appearance
- Enhancing the overall visual treatment to create clear differentiation between selected and unselected states
Expected Benefit:
This enhancement would make it immediately apparent which conversation is currently active, improving workflow efficiency and reducing user confusion when managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
