We have boards set up in Honeycomb to monitor and review usage on a per customer basis. We would like an integration with Honeycomb that we can optimize so when certain set thresholds or abnormal activity is observed for a customer in Honeycomb, it will send notification to the customer through Intercom.

 

When working with a customer ticket in Intercom, the team member should have the context and quick access to the customers honeycomb board through this integration. 

 

When Fin is handling conversations for an authenticated user, it will have the context if a honeycomb board is available to answer general questions.
