Is it possible to allow users to subscribe to collections and receive notification when new articles are added?

Whenever we do release new features, we announce them on the Product Changes page, so I would recommend keeping an eye there.

Just found this idea and wanted to add some context as I am also looking for it! 

Our customers would love to be able to easily be alerted of new releases without having to necessarily go and check our release notes to see if there has been anything published since they last looked. It would be great if we could provide our customers with an option to subscribe to a collection or even specific article within the Help Center that can alert them when an update is made. 

Exactly what Danielle said! We are essentially “double posting” enhancement/feature releases in a support article and in News and or an Email outreach to bridge this gap...it would be great if users could subscribe to a collection or article to receive email notifications of an update...

We would love this as well. Both to make it easy to notify customers, but also to notify our team internally when a new article is posted / an article was updated. Now I do this manually.
