It would be great if Intercom used Chat GPT to automatically translate articles to other languages. At the moment this is done manually and takes too much time.

We at Translate Desk are trying to make the article translation process much easier/faster/cheaper to do upfront and maintain long term. Let us know if you have any feedback or requests, we’re actively developing.

Hi,
One issue with translations is that if an article contains links to other articles, the translated version keeps the English links. Ideally, a French article should link to other French articles instead. Since it's just a matter of changing the language abbreviation in the URL, are there any integrations that support this automatic adjustment?

@Sahar Golchin Far we found that if you remove the language specification from the URL, then the article will automatically pick the language that matches the user’s browser preference.

It’s a bit cumbersome, but if you make sure to remove the language portion of the URL for your internal links, then it should handle your case automatically.

Thank you for the suggestion Jona! That indeed does help us.

Wish for intercom team: It would be a bit easier if the Help Center links to other articles were editable:
Now it is just the title of the article. We should open the article, edit URL, copy, and then paste as a link again.
