It would be great to have a CRUD Macro API available to the public
I assume these APIs already exist for internal use & would unlock the ability to develop apps for the Intercom App Store to help people get the most out of macros.
Use-cases could be:
- Bulk editing of Macros
- Spring-cleaning & auditing
- Improved searching of macros
- Improved validation when using macros
You could look at the Zendesk Marketplace to see what is already unlocked for their customers: https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/?query=macroand I would love for this to be available for Intercom customers.
