I would like to get more insight into how often our readers are successfully searching for content at a knowledge base level.
Request to add some additional knowledge base search analytics:
- Total # searches
- # successful searches (success = search returned at least one result)
- # no result found searches (no result found = searches that did not produce any results)
- # of bounced searches (search returned a result but user did not click on any of the results).
