Thought of an idea that I would like to add if possible.
In Intercom under the “Links” section, would it be possible to make a section that contains all kind of files send in the ticket and in side conversations related to the ticket? Like Images, PDF’s etc.
This would be helpful so you do not have to scroll through the ticket to find files. 😄
