List my Recently Viewed conversations/tickets.
If I click on a conversation or ticket and view it, I want it to be in a list that I can easily go back to view it again.Ā Similar to the search where it shows my recent searches.
It needs to have the ticket number and some identifiable fields, i.e. subject, contact. Something to differentiate the tickets.
Iād like to be able to click on it to open in that window, or arrow out icon to open in new tab.
