In the Mentions inbox, can you add another option to view where you have @mentioned someone else.
Would need to see their name, and then drill down into the conversations/tickets where I @mentioned them.
This is helpful to follow up on those conversations/tickets - especially as a manager, as I don’t own the ticket.
Would also be good in the entire Mentions inbox to be able to set a status. In progress, Following, Done, Waiting on Others. Similar type statuses. I know we can mark them unread but that isn’t enough when I have a list and need peace of mind that I have handled everything I have been mentioned in and where I have mentioned others.
