We would love to have a 5-10 ding option instead of a single ding/sound when we get a message. We’d also like to suggest for that to repeat if we have not responded within 5 or 10 minutes. A quick short ding is being missed by our staff.

Longer Notifications or Repeat Notifications Until You Respond
This would be so helpful for our team! Our teammates have multiple duties, and the single little “tink” isn’t sufficient to get their attention. Several teammates have asked if we can a wider range of options for the alert sounds to include ones that last longer or are otherwise more noticeable.
Yep, our team also missing this.. missing notifications from customers = unhappy customer = lost customer = we have to find new support software. So need decent alarm sounds that repeats after x time

Here’s some ideas that might help…
- I found a Chrome extension called Distill.io that can work for free to add notifications to changes on the Intercom webapp page and you can customize the sounds.
- PagerDuty integration, you can use Pager Duty to trigger based on various things -- for example if a conversation is not answered within x minutes send a notification via sms or call someone, or send to slack, whatsapp or teams. Whatever integrations you want to use!
These are just a couple ideas that might help!
