Macros working as reusable workflow

Do I understand correctly, that your goal is to use some of the functions of reusable workflows within Macros? Could you please gives us a bit more context to your use case?

I would like to automatize the separation of the 3 messages in this macro (it’s an example) when I’m writing to my customer, without doing the cut/paste of every sentence.

Thanks for the context @Anna E ! Is in this case the goal to just make the message look “more alive”for the customer?  I don’t think, you can do it with the Macros apart from manually sending each Macro, and I can also understand why reusable workflow may not be an option. 

What you can do, is build an automation ivia a third party tool like Zapier, which would retrieve the conversation, and then send three consecutive replies on your behalf (or on behalf of someone else).
