Would it be possible to make translated_content in the connector you have made for claude?

 

 Currently we have help center articles in multiple languages, but if we use Claude to assist in writing articles, we can only have them created in the same language which is set as default. 

This limitation makes it difficult incase we want to do mass edits. I understand from your Finbot, that it is possible to have it added as fx. danish or norwegian translation through the translated_content in the api. But also that this isn’t available as part of the MCP tool

    Hello,

    I'd like to add my support for this request. Making translated_content available in the MCP connector for Claude would be a real game changer for teams managing a multilingual Help Center.

    We maintain our help articles in several languages, and we increasingly use Claude to draft and update them. Today, the MCP only lets us create or edit articles in the default language, so every other language version has to be handled manually or through a separate workflow. This is especially painful when updating existing articles or doing bulk edits: keeping all language versions in sync quickly becomes time-consuming and error-prone.

    Since translated_content is already supported in the REST API, exposing it in the MCP tool would let us create and update every language version of an article in a single workflow, directly from Claude.

    Intercom is a great place to centralize our FAQ and the Help Center configuration is excellent. This is the one missing piece for a truly smooth multilingual workflow.
