Would it be possible if we could merge duplicate conversations to the original one to avoid Traffics and confusions?

Currently there is no way to ‘merge’ duplicate conversations together - this is a feature request and is something our product team are aware that are customers are asking for 🚀 I will flag it with them that you are interested in having a feature like this available for use!
Please provide any feedback or share any additional context you may have in regards to your use case here - I will pass this along for you!
This could still be improved as currently all it does is links to each other, rather than fully merging. so it has to be done a certain way (choose the main conversation to keep talking on) otherwise you end up with the old conversation being main one
