Messenger from side conversation

Currently, there are no available channels in Side Conversations other than Email or Slack, although there are at least 5 channels available when creating a new conversation via the ‘+’ button on the top left in the Inbox view.

I believe there are a lot of use cases for other channels included in Side Conversations (ex. Messenger) for support agents, encouraging use of them for end clients.
