Intercom’s Slack integration allows to add intercom to channels shared with customers, which is great!
It would be great to get a similar integration for Microsoft Teams.
When a business is servicing customers and partners via shared Microsoft Teams spaces, along with Slack channels, then it becomes a challenge - since the Microsoft Teams spaces become black holes of questions and support.
