This request is to add an integration with Monday.com so that documents can be synced as internal or external articles to the Intercom Help Center.
Use case:
- Companies that primarily use Monday.com for documentation and collaboration between internal teams, but want this documentation synced into Intercom to either display as external articles and used by FinAI or to simply be accessible to Copilot through Internal articles.
