Monitor Reviews: manually set Reviewee in the reviews

Currently, the system automatically set the Reviewee in the monitor review and to change the agent, we need to reassign the chat to set the agent we need to review in the multi-agents chats. This setting will help us to ensure the correct reviewed agent is set in the review. You can also add the possibility to score more than one agent within the chat review.
