Multiple tabs open and you close a conversion

I have had Internal and External users mention that when they have our portal open (where fin lives) and they close a chat and they go through the survey it does not do that process in all other tabs.  So they have to go through each tab and close down FIN.  Super annoying and leads to dissat from Partners.
