I would like to be able to see conversations/tickets I have updated. I checked Operator and it said, “Unfortunately, filtering by "last updated by me" isn't something the search tool supports — it can only filter conversations by when they were started, not by who last updated them or when.”

    Hi Amin!

     

    Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but in the teammate performance report you can drill further into and see which conversations were replied to, closed, and more. You can also filter by teammate including yourself.

    Hi ​@Adam Warden  - thanks. That might be a possible work around but I still would prefer if Intercom had a recent history section to be able to see what tickets I have touched/viewed recently. Thanks.
