Feature request for a new API for retrieving data on newly started conversations in the native messenger

Current situation: once the user starts a new conversation in the messenger, there is no way to get details about it.

Expected result: there should be an API to get details about a newly started conversation.

Intercom has a webhook subscription for conversation.user.created and you can use that to trigger a get conversation API call
