It would be good to have metric like ticket numbers in custom states, what could be viewed and segmented by teammates

    This would be very useful. 
    We can currently see ‘time spent in custom states’, but this could be across 1 ticket or several. 
    We would like to know how many tickets spent any time in a custom state, during the lifetime of the ticket.
