Agents often need to copy user details from the conversation sidebar to search for an account or continue work in internal tools.
Currently, this requires different interactions depending on the field (hovering or manual text selection), which adds a bit of friction to a very common action.
Suggestion
It would be great to allow one-click copying for key user details.
Clicking on an email, user ID, or device identifier would copy the value directly to the clipboard, without hover states or text selection.
