Many times a day I pull reports that populate a number of conversations. I need to open all of these to review. I can either right click > open on each ticket ID, or use the “launch” arrow, but this directs me off the page, and its a pain to go back and forth 20+ times.
I would like a check box down the left-hand side - with a “select all” option, so I can bulk open all of them as separate tabs. This would save me time and effort.
