I’d like to submit a feature request regarding time formatting in the Intercom interface.
Currently, times are displayed in the 12-hour clock format (AM/PM). It would be very helpful if there were an option to display times in the 24-hour format instead. Many teams—particularly those outside the US—use the 24-hour clock as the standard, and it reduces ambiguity when reviewing conversation timelines, reports, and activity logs.
Ideally, this could be implemented as:

A workspace-level setting, or

A user-level preference allowing individuals to choose their preferred time format.
This would improve clarity for international teams and align Intercom with common regional conventions.
