When sending outbound posts from a team inbox, the profile emblems of the inbox members appear in the message card. There’s currently no way to hide these avatars for outbound posts.
It would be helpful to have a setting that allows posts to be sent from a team inbox while displaying only the team name (or a neutral team avatar), without showing individual teammate photos.
This would be useful for security alerts, announcements, or other team-branded communications where individual avatars are not relevant.
