Page View stats for the help centre homepage and collection pages

Hello ​@Jon A12 - as far as I know, within Intercom, you can find predefined report on Articles - this will tell you how many times each article was opened. Reports > Proactive reports > Articles

But that does not tell you about home page of your Help Center not the Collections. And you do not see the data on the user level. And you can not drill down the data, unfortunately. 

There is also no way do create your own report from scratch on Articles, as they are mostly related to Conversations.

The only other way to get some data would be to add Google Analytics Tracking ID to your Help Center and track the data in Google Analytics, but again you’re not getting the user data… But at least it shows all the pages traffic. Hope that helps!
