We would love to select Intercom as our provider. But currently a very important for us functionality is not available:(

Evaluating between HubSpot and Intercom and it comes down to one tiny thing, Parent-Child relationships for companies. 
 

I think majority of tools provide this OOB, I really hope Intercom makes it available! Thankfully we transitioning December 2025 and maybe by then the feature will at least be on the roadmap.

Yeah, its a big limitation considering competitors like ZenDesk have this feature. Ive asked the same thing here: https://community.intercom.com/inbox-9/company-parent-child-relationships-13604?tid=13604&fid=9

Totally get this — Parent–Child company relationships are a deal-breaker for many teams. We’re in the same boat while scaling our original football shirts business, and that structure is critical for managing B2B customers properly. Fingers crossed Intercom adds this to the roadmap before December 2025 🤞
