Priority First Conversation Sorting

In Priority First sorting mode, the secondary sort order is Newest. There needs to be an option to change this to Oldest or Waiting Longest. Alternatively, Priority conversations should always appear at the top of the conversation list, regardless of the sort order to indicate actual priority.
