Provide conversation export to CSAT emails

When an email is sent with emojis for the conversation CSAT, there is no context for the conversation. If the person has had multiple conversations recently, they can't know which one it refers to. Similarly, if we automatically close conversations after a few days so that we don't close them too soon, people may not remember what they discussed.

It would be great to provide an export of the conversation in the email or at least an AI summary.
