If Internal articles could have a version history for basic change management the way Help Center articles do, that would be extremely useful.

Hi @Chelsea

Jennifer here from Intercom

Could you elaborate on why this would be useful?

For customers who have to manually update Internal articles directly in Knowledge instead of syncing to an outside tool like Notion, this would make it possible to keep track of changes within Intercom.

I support this idea! We would like to request a version log for internal articles. This idea came from the challenge we face with approximately 250 internal routines/internal articles that are regularly updated. It is difficult for us administrators and customer advisors to know what has changed, as those updating the routines often do not communicate the specific updates. A version log, similar to what is available in Word or Intercom articles, would allow users to see what is new or modified, ideally highlighted with colors for easy identification.
