It would save us a lot of time in the UI for selecting a date in tickets was improved.

Let’s say the customer’s date of birth is 12/18/1984, So we would need to navigate through 12 months 40 times for a total of 480 clicks.
It would be great if we could type in the date, or at least select the 3 different parts from a drop-down. A dropdown for ‘Month’ a dropdown for ‘Day’ and a drop down for ‘Year’ would definitly reduce the number of actions needed.
