Snooze conversation events just display the same time period, so it’s hard see when a conversation will be re-opened, and is a little confusing.

If I snooze something for a month, or a week, it would be cool if it updates and says “until tomorrow” or just a date

Hey Jennifer!

Thanks for your response 😀

By ‘Implemented’, does that mean that it has been added to product? It still doesn’t seem to be relative for me, it still says ‘snoozed for 1 week’ regardless of time.

Hi @Pat Barlow

You can snooze until a custom time, did you mean something else?

Hey @Jennifer K, thanks for getting back to me.

I mean the conversation events, I wish it would update relative to the time I’m looking at it, not from when it was snoozed.

If I snooze a conversation for a week, it always says ‘snoozed for one week’, even if it will reopen tomorrow or in two days. If I’m looking at my teams conversations and doing QA, I want to be able to quickly see when things will reopen without needing to figure it out in my head
