Issue:
The "Pull Conversation" button is currently located directly below the active conversation list. Because of its placement, team members frequently click it by accident when selecting or navigating between chats, disrupting their workflow.
Suggested Solution:
Move the "Pull Conversation" button to a different position within the interface (such as the top control bar, side panel, or header area) where it won't be triggered accidentally during normal chat navigation.
