It would be great to be able to send a voicenote clip as a reply to a message just like texting and whatsapp allow. It would be quicker than typing, and much more personal and friendly!
Many times we receive a bad CSAT score because the customer misunderstands our tone.
Intercom would also be the first chat software to have this feature…..
