Currently when filtering by tag in the report it just allows to use the following:
- is unknown
- has any value
- is “selected”
- is not “selected”
What I would want would be the possibility to choose
- starts with “selected”
- contains “selected”
- ends with “selected”
- doesn’t contain “selected”
This would allow for a much more flexible report structure where things such as tags can be more widely used.
As I could of course add all the different tags in there, but that means I need to go into each report to add on to that filter each time I add a new tag that should be included. if I could do contains “selected” as soon as I create a new tag I it will show up as long as I follow the same principle. And the only things if need be would be to add it into the workflow that’s going to use it or allow for my agents to add it onto a conversation.
I’ve seen those selections other where in the system so should be a quick fix but make the reporting more flexible.
Not sure if this is by design or a miss in configuration of the system.
